These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not try to break it, and do not copy our text or images for your own commercial use.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can and every photograph is of the kit we actually ship. Colors can look different on different screens. If what arrives is not what the page described, that is covered by our refund policy.

What this product is, and what it is not

The DoeWell Lumen is a personal cleaning and viewing tool for cosmetic use. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to identify, assess or address any health condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Do not use it if you have a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, an ear infection, ear pain, drainage or hearing loss. See a healthcare professional instead. Adults only, and any use on a child must be carried out by an adult.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden charges. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping and returns

Covered by our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranty and liability

The camera is covered against defects for two years from delivery, as set out in the refund policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your account

If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
